The Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court's issuance of a domestic violence restraining order (DVRO) issued in favor of the wife. The court held that the trial court did not err in considering the wife's testimony that the husband held a gun to her head; the trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to consider evidence to impeach the wife; and substantial evidence supported the trial court's issuance of the DVRO based on domestic violence allegations.
